The NIAID Human Immunology Project Consortium (HIPC) provides an organized list of resources and tools supported by NIAID, NIH, & FDA that might be of use in human immunological research.

Immunology Database and Analysis Portal (ImmPort)
ImmPort compiles reference and experiment data for immunologists on genes, SNPs, MHC alleles, pathways, and protein networks.

ImMunoGeneTics Database
IMGT is a collection of high-quality integrated databases specializing in immunoglobulins, T cell receptors and the Major Histocompatibility Complex (MHC) of all vertebrate species. It includes the official searchable dictionary of HLA antigens curated by the WHO.

NCBI Human Genome Resources
This NCBI compilation of human genome resources includes data and tools for genomics, epigenomics, cytogenetics, and more. Maps, transcribed sequences and gene databases are available.
